Research project on the use of social media in the museum field, with a special focus on the diverse professionalisms involved in the process, as well as on the perception of digital
communication tools by the audience.
Smithsonian Institution Mobile Strategy and Initiatives Program – Washington DC, USA
Management and planning of staff-oriented events to facilitate professional development in the digital sector. Research project focused on the evaluation of visitors’ appreciation of on-site mobile tools (apps, tours). Definition of a communication plan for internal and external promotion of the institution’s mobile apps.
Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History – Washington DC, USA
Audience research and project planning towards the creation of a digital tool for the aggregation and the communication of teen-oriented educational programs.
Museo del 900, Museo delle Culture, Galleria d’Arte Moderna – Milano
Staff training on the dynamics of the web 2.0 and social communication, with a special focus on the use of the main platforms of social networking, as well as the national and international best practices in the sector.
Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci – Milano
Definition and creation of press material to be used for digital and tradional media; coordination of video and photographic shootings to support the broader communication strategy of the Museum.
Alvar Aalto Museum – Helsinki e Jyvaskyla, Finlandia
Definition of a project for the renovation of the Museum focused on the creation of strategies for the involvement of local and international communities.
